5. Calling, Reports and Exchange

  • Call: TTC TEST.
  • Exchange: RST report + serial number starting from 001 (e.g., 599 001).
  • Numbering: Continuous throughout the entire Round regardless of the division into Periods and band changes.

6. Scoring and Invalid Contacts

6.1 Transmitting Categories (SO)

  • Scoring: Each valid contact (QSO) is 1 point. Contact validity is checked using the cross-check method.
  • Duplicates: A contact with the same station on the same band can be repeated in each new Period (according to the division in section 2.1). This means the possibility of making a maximum of 4 contacts with the same station on one band during a Round. Contacts with the same station on different bands (80m and 40m) are allowed without a time limit. In total, during one Round, you can make a maximum of 8 point-scoring QSOs with one station (4 on 80m and 4 on 40m).

Invalid Contacts (0 points)

  • Contact with a station that did not submit a log.
  • Time difference in logs > 3 minutes.
  • Error in the correspondent's callsign.
  • Error in the RST report and received exchange.
  • Contact repeated on the same band during the same Period.
  • Logs containing a minimum of 10 contacts are considered for the final classification.

6.2 Receiving Category (SWL)

  • Scoring: Each correctly logged contact (QSO) is 1 point. Contact validity is checked using the cross-check method – the RST report and exchange provided by the correspondents. Sent and received reports and the correspondents' serial numbers must be identical.
  • Duplicates: Logging the same station on the same band can be repeated in each new Period (according to the division in section 2.1). This means the possibility of logging a maximum of 4 contacts with the same station on one band during a Round. Logging the same station on different bands (80m and 40m) is allowed without a time limit. In total, during one Round, you can log a maximum of 8 point-scoring QSOs with one station (4 on 80m and 4 on 40m).

Invalid Contacts (0 points)

  • Logging a contact of a station that did not submit a log.
  • Error in the correspondents' callsigns.
  • Error in the logged RST report and exchange (at least one of the two).
  • Repeated logging of a callsign on the same band during the same Period.
  • Logs from Listeners containing a minimum of 10 contacts are considered for the final classification.
  • Lack of continuity in numbering will result in the invalidation of subsequent contacts starting from the first one that broke the continuity.

7. Disqualification

  • Violation of generally accepted rules of fair competition, intentional non-compliance with the rules.
  • Scheduling contacts (skeds) via any channels other than amateur bands before and during the Round is prohibited.
  • Only one signal can be transmitted at any given time.

8. Contest Logs (examples in section 12)

  • Format: Cabrillo.
  • Deadline: up to 24 hours after the end of the Round.
  • Submission: Platform https://spcwc.pl/ttc/upload.
  • Re-uploading a log will completely overwrite its original version.
  • Please provide an email address in the logs (field EMAIL: my@email.pl), which we can use to contact you to clarify any issues.

9. Results Announcement

  • Preliminary Results: Will be announced on the contest platform within 48 hours after the log submission deadline.
